Chartmetric

Associate Product Manager

I was an associate product manager at Chartmetric, in partnership with Harvard Product Lab. I conducted user research and prioritized key features to improve based on those user observations. We developed an MRD, PRD, and a hi-fi wireframe of the improved mobile website using Figma.

re—inc

Product Manager, Product Intern

During my gap year, I worked as a product manager for a lifestyle brand founded by four of the US Women's National Soccer Team. I collaborated with stakeholders to increase our non-apparel line by 40%, bringing to life products like skateboards, blankets, and notebooks.

Once I was back in school, I continued working as an intern. I was responsible for the Shopify backend to create production and collection pages for our monthly drops. I customized the liquid files to edit pages that met the leadership's vision to make our website more unique. I also managed our help desk to communicate with our customers daily, directly managing shipment errors and relaying product feedback to our team.

Kode With Klossy

Instructor Assistant, Program Facilitator, Curriculum & Instruction Intern

I was involved with Kode With Klossy for five years, first joining as a scholar. I was then an instructor assistant for three years, a facilitator for their spring program, and an intern in the last two summers to help run the logistics of the biggest cohort of 3000 scholars for our virtual and in-person summer offering. I managed all Slack channels for our instructional teams and camps, made key recommendations for camp locations based on application data, and spearheaded the logistics of sending laptops to participants who did not have proper equipment access.

I was also responsible for reviewing and updating the instruction materials for our Web Development, Mobile Development, and Data Science curricula. As a lead intern, I managed three other interns on our team to delegate tasks for reviewing answer keys and slide decks.

As an instructor assistant, I got to travel across the country to meet students curious to learn about computer science in the most empowering and encouraging environment. Seeing them progress so quickly and build projects that touch on important issues like racism and climate change was surreal! I taught HTML/CSS, Ruby, JavaScript, and Swift every summer from 2018 to 2020.

Harvard WECode

Conference Cochair

Harvard WECode is the world's largest student-run women in tech conference. I was cochair in the '22-'23 season, where we hosted our first in-person conference in four years after Covid, attracting 600 in-person and 350 virtual attendees from all over the world.

I also initiated a partnership with Rewriting the Code, which allowed us to spread the word even further and invite attendees from marginalized communities to attend for a reduced price. I loved being able to channel my passion for creating equitable space in tech by increasing the number of scholarships, inviting more underrepresented speakers, and partnering with organizations like RTC.

TechTogether Boston

Chapter Director

TechTogether is the country's largest initiative to address gender inequities in the hackathon community. In 2021, I was the director of TechTogether's largest chapter, where we attracted 540 attendees virtually. I recruited and interviewed 20+ people to join my team, making a conscious effort to create a board consisting of members from various backgrounds to envision a hackathon celebrating diversity.
